DELIVERY
Each ring is individually handmade to order, and takes a little time, so before placing your order, please be sure to check the current lead times. These are displayed on the announcement bar at the very top of the site. Delivery times for your jewellery will vary according to current workloads.
UK delivery is included, as is hallmarking where appropriate (over 7.78g for silver, over 1g for gold). OUTSIDE THE UK? Jewellery is regularly sent worldwide. For international delivery, select the appropriate shipping option for your country when you check out. If you’re at all unsure, just drop a line through the contact form and we can answer any questions you may have.
packaging / ring Boxes
Your jewellery will arrive in pretty sustainable or recycled packaging - all stone rings and gold rings will arrive in handmade, sustainably sourced, walnut Glasswing ring boxes. Silver rings and jewellery will be in sturdy luxe eco-friendly card ring boxes. Walnut boxes can be purchased for silver rings separately if required.
SENDING YOUR OWN SEA GLASS?
Once you have placed your orer and selected “your own sea glass” in the checkout options, we’ll send you the details of how to send us your sea glass. Excatly what works best in terms of size and shape really depends what you’ve ordered. If you are at all unsure, you can send over pictures, oryou can send a few different pieces, and we’ll return what we don’t use.
RING / BANGLE SIZING
If you’re unsure, a sizer can be requested when you place your order - just pop a note in the text box whilst you go through the check out process. If you forget don’t panic, just send us a quick message through the contact form , or via email.
RE-SIZING IS NOT A PROBLEM! Rings can be resized afterwards - either by sending back to us, or through a jeweller local to you.
RUSH ORDERS
We can very occasionally make a piece more quickly on request. Rush orders are hugely dependent on what materials are to hand and are not always possible during busy times. There is usually a fee for rush orders.
