• I source recycled diamonds from the 'Harmony' diamonds range at the eco-friendly bullion dealer Hoover & Strong. They are arguably the most eco-friendly natural diamond available, by demanding them, customers and jewellers are helping to reduce the industry's reliance on environmentally damaging mining practices. • A recycled 'Harmony' diamond is a naturally occurring diamond, cut & polished from mined rough, and recovered from vintage jewellery, re-polished and graded for the perfect, non-conflict non-polluting option.

• A huge selection of sizes, grades and colours are available so tell me what you'd like and I will find the perfect diamond/s for your ring.

• Made to order jewellery will arrive via Special Delivery, a tracked and insured service, and your package will required an adult’s signature.

• Look out for the notification so that you can arrange for someone to be in to sign for your package. Let me know if you’d like to arrange for it to be sent to an alternative address such as a workplace, relative or neighbour.

• Before placing your order, please be sure to check the current lead times for made-to-order jewellery.

• Lead times are normally displayed on the announcement bar at the top of the site.

• Making jewellery, by its nature, is a detailed process, which takes time, particularly so where special stones and materials need to be sourced.

• The length of time to make and deliver your jewellery will vary according to current work loads.

• Jewellery will arrive in pretty sustainable or recycled packaging. Triple stone rings and gold rings will arrive in handmade, sustainable walnut Glasswing ring boxes. Silver jewellery will be in sturdy eco-friendly luxe card ring boxes.

• UK delivery is included, as is hallmarking where appropriate.

• For international delivery, select the appropriate shipping option when you check out.

• Ready-to-go jewellery will normally packed and sent by the end of the week in which the order is placed. Delivery is via Special Delivery, a tracked and insured service, and your package will required an adult’s signature.

• If you’ve arranged for a ring to be resized before dispatch for example, or any other alteration to your jewellery, there may be a delay depending on current work loads here.

We can very occasionally make a piece more quickly on request. Rush orders are dependent on what materials are to hand and are not always possible during busy times. There is usually a fee for rush orders.
