About recycled diamonds

I source recycled diamonds from the 'Harmony' diamonds range at the eco-friendly bullion dealer Hoover & Strong. They are arguably the most eco-friendly natural diamond available, by demanding them, customers and jewellers are helping to reduce the industry's reliance on environmentally damaging mining practices. Hoover & Strong is one of the world's leaders in the acquisition and reintroduction of these many millions of diamonds back into the jewelry supply chain.

A recycled 'Harmony' diamond is a naturally occurring diamond, cut & polished from mined rough, and recovered from vintage jewellery, re-polished and graded for the perfect, non-conflict non-polluting option.

Delivery

• If ordering a made to order ring, please be sure to check the current lead times displayed on the announcement bar at the top of the site.

• The length of time to make and deliver your jewellery will vary according to current work loads.

• Jewellery will arrive in pretty sustainable or recycled packaging - triple rings and gold rings will arrive in handmade walnut Glasswing ring boxes.

• Silver jewellery will be in sturdy eco-friendly card ring boxes.

• UK delivery is included, as is hallmarking where appropriate.

• For international delivery, select the appropriate shipping option when you check out.

Ready-to-go Jewellery

• Ready-to-go jewellery will normally packed and sent by the end of the week in which the order is placed. Delivery is via Special Delivery, a tracked and insured service, and your package will required an adult’s signature.

• Look out for the notification so that you can arrange for someone to be in to sign for your package. Let me know if you’d like to arrange for it to be sent to an alternative address such as a workplace, relative or neighbour.

• If you’ve arranged for a ring to be resized before dispatch for example, or any other alteration to your jewellery, there may be a delay depending on current work loads here.

Sizing

• If you’re unsure, a sizer can be requested when you place your order - just pop a note in the text box when you go through the check out process.

• If you forget don’t panic, just send us a quick message through the contact form, or via email.

• Yes! Rings can be resized afterwards - either by sending back here to the workshop, or through a jeweller local to you.

Rush Orders

• Very occasionally a piece can be made more quickly on request.

• Rush orders are hugely dependent on what materials are to hand and are not always possible during busy times.

• There is usually a fee for rush orders.
